UPDATE: From order to install was 4 days. The crew who came to install communicated the time window clearly and called when they were on the way. they worked cleanly and were extremely professional. They set up the new fridge and made sure I understood how it functioned. Overall we were extremely satisfied.

Stefanie Yuhas is the best! This is our 2nd multiple appliance purchase from her! She is extremely knowledgeable and a joy to work with. We knew exactly what we wanted for 2 of the 3 items we purchased. She talked us through the various features of different models of the 3rd appliance and as soon as we looked at her recommendation, we knew it was the right one for us! Amazing delivery today by Alex and Jose. Apparently my stackable washer/dryer unit was placed in the closet before the trim and drywall were put up, so there was no easy way to remove it without removing part of the wall. These guys figured out they could dismantle the old washer/dryer which did not look easy and the new unit was more narrow so it fit in perfectly. Will definitely use Bray and Scharff for my next appliance purchase and will be asking for Alex and Jose.
