An ideal place. Old fashioned personable professional! Quick service. Great selection and prices. Polite professional staff. No pressure and no rush. Carefully listened to what we were looking for and showed what they had or could order. I just don’t see that sort of personal service much any more. It was a treasure picking out our dryer with you. It was delivered today and we love it . Thank you.

We are very happy with Agren and our new refrigerator. It is much bigger than our old one and the delivery crew had their hands full. The got it in without issues and it works and looks great. We went with Agren for the service and we were not disappointed.

I visited the Topsham Agren appliance on Thursday and had my new GE induction stove by Tuesday. I knew what I wanted when I went in and was graciously assisted, and a quick sale was made. My delivery went very smoothly and I appreciated the communication via text messages on arrival time of my delivery. The removal of my old stove and install of my new stove went smoothly. The delivery people were polite and efficient. Well done Agren. 5 stars

Excellent customer service. Very professional appliance descriptions. Reliable communications. Dave Ouellette is a personable sales associate who was very helpful during our selection experience. Delivery technicians were efficient and polite. I have one suggestion and I will put this on the GE webpage or their on line reviews is that the oven is very modern but it did not include the manual. I was unable to download the manual as instructed on the product materials but thankfully Agren made a copy to give me although I had to request it. This over requires a manual to be given at the time it is delivered. Thank you for your reliable service.

Sept. 18, 2025 Delivered was on date promised. Delivery crew, Cameron and driver, were courteous and professional. Thanks Agren. February 16, 2026 Update! We sent mattress shopping with particular health / comfort needs in mind. Agren had a great selection to browse comfortably and David Oulette offered advice to guide our choice. Thanks again.
