Great experience from consult to install. I purchased a full kitchen package from Appliance Warehouse. Everybody's prices were within a few dollars of each other; what made this a great experience was that Cam listened and guided me in the selection of products. He LISTENED to my concerns about service IF it was needed. He did NOT push me into buying a brand that gave him more profit. He suggested a brand with local service to address my SWAN (Sleep Well At Night) concerns. He also made sure I was aware of any current rebates available from the manufacturer.
The delivery was far beyond "white glove". II was given a morning delivery window. They called me to let me know they were on the way. This gave me time to finish emptying last minute items out my refrigerator. Justin and Orion took really good care in seeing nothing in my home was damaged. They checked each appliance for leaks and level. And of course, that they worked. They even took time to show me how to operate the "newfangled" options on some of the appliances.
Installation was done by APPLIANCE WAREHOUSE employees NOT one company that did this appliance and another that did another.
Most important is my piece of mind. Justin and Orion kept repeating that if I had any questions, just to call the store and Cam and Tony are very knowledgeable about the products they sell; and would be happy to help me out. They may be a small company. They work like a well-oiled team.
As I said, the box stores, and the competition were all about the same price for the items I bought. Big differences in installation, delivery and haul away prices.
From MY experience, I would (and have already) recommend APPLIANCE WAREHOUSE to anybody in the market for appliances.
Last, and VERY important to me, is the kindness and respect that all of the employees I worked with, showed me. In these times it has become a rare thing. Thank you, guys, this was an easy and almost fun(?) experience.
