Before you read this review I want you to know that the owner will try and deny the fact that they sell ladders and other items. Truth is they got a few ladders on the side for sale with all their other junk piled up in a big eyesore on the side of their building. They absolutely do sell ladders even if it's not widely known or advertised. Wasted 30 minutes of my time driving there for a ladder they had pictured for sale online. When I arrived they had a totally different ladder, didn't communicate the agreed upon price amongst each other, and the guy on the phone was super rude saying "what's up I'm busy" when I asked for the phone to ask where the heck the ladder is I came for he also said too bad so sad he sold it to so I told him off. Cari the owner tried to deflect any responsibility essentially saying she has nothing to do with him all while facilitating the entire deal for him.

Came in looking for a washer and dryer set and they just happened to have a set at a really good price, the appliances came with everything needed to plug and play. everybody there was wicked friendly an the few times I emailed to ask a question I got a response within a few minutes which never happens. All in all 10/10 experience.

Must compliment their delivery service. I had a four prong outlet, I thought I had a three prong outlet, so the stove came with a three prong pigtail. The delivery guy didn't bat an eyelash, he simply went out to his delivery truck and found a four prong pigtail and switched them out. It was a great relief and much appreciated. I had a fantastic experience with McLaughlin Appliance Sales and Service. Our dryer had been making an unbearable noise for months — so loud that we could barely hear ourselves think. Sean, the technician, came out and immediately diagnosed the issue as worn-out drum rollers. His expertise was evident right away. I assumed it would take weeks to get the parts, but Sean had everything ordered and ready in less than a week. He returned and completed the repair in about an hour and a half — incredibly efficient. As soon as he left, the dryer was running smoother than ever, almost silent. It was like having a brand-new machine! Big shout-out to Sean for his skill and speed, and to Rose, the secretary/manager, who was great with communication. They kept me in the loop from start to finish and made the whole process seamless.
