I absolutely loved my experience at Downeast! The staff was extremely personable and gave excellent recommendations for a new washing machine while keeping my lifestyle and price range in mind. We were able to bring the washer home same day. I will definitely come back!

I was recently in the market for a new gas stove. A friend had recommended Downeast Appliance Center because of a positive experience with purchasing a dishwasher. I stopped in and spoke with Isaac who is very knowledgeable about their merchandise. I got lots of information and no pressure. After buying the stove arrangements were made to have it installed by a gas technician. It was delivered and installed and my old stove taken away. It went very smoothly and I am pleased with my purchase. In the future when I need an appliance I know I won't have to shop around, I'll just go to DownEast! Thanks guys!

We've had Down East repair a couple of kitchen appliances and purchased our building's laundry machines from them. They're really great. On time, good work, fair prices -- just a good, quality, nice company to work with. I trust them 100%.

Isaac and everyone at Downeast were great to work with. I got a brand new Maytag washer/dryer set at a really good price, and the delivery and installation were super smooth. Easy process from start to finish. Definitely recommend these guys if you’re looking for appliances.

The liquid propane range in our home had a leak and it was red tagged, we were desperate to have a new one so we could cook beyond microwave meals. Downeast had a good selection and one we liked. Of course we also went to the big box chains and they offered the model we liked as well and for $100 less BUT these big box stores could not hook up the new range to our propane supply and we would have had to call our propane company back for an additional charge of nearly $400. Also Downeast could get us the range two weeks faster. Easy decision! They got us cooking again and hauled away our old hunk of junk
