We had a great experience with KAM, the new location is beautiful with a large selection of products. Our sales person, Jack Gilooly, was very knowledgeable, quick to assist us and personable. We were able to purchase our new washer and head home in about a half hour! The delivery team, lead by Emile, was on time, friendly and very good at their jobs! They worked very well together and had the old machine out quickly and the new one in and level in an incredibly short time. Our experience from sales to Jenny who kept me more than sufficiently updated regarding my delivery via text and email to the delivery team everyone was professional and excellent at their jobs. Purchased a Premier electric stove online through KAM, from start to finish this purchase, set up & delivery was fabulous. The sales Representative Chris Tavares was knowledgeable, informative and professional. He quarterbacked my purchase and followed up for quick access. Jenny coordinated the delivery and kept me informed throughout the delivery. Delivery technicians Jerrod and his partner were fabulous with delivery and set up, going as far as to level the appliance. They took great care of my property and were polite, professional and informative. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the Premier stove and the level of professionalism and care from the whole KAM Appliance Team especially to include the warehouse staff who also went out of there way to make sure my new stove was available promptly. Great job by all!

The great folks at KAM really saved the day. My dryer broke, and they were able to deliver and install a new one (on sale, no less) within days. Wagner and his installation crew were professional and quick. This is the second appliance I purchased from KAM and it won’t be the last! Bought a washing machine on the KAM website. Quick and easy. Received a call the next day to confirm everything was correct. The online transaction did not include delivery fee, which was sent via email and QR code. Again very simple. Called to make a delivery which was within a week time. The delivery team was professional, respectful and quick. They unhooked and hauled away the old machine and then set up the new machine. Thiago explained everything and they were onto their next appointment. Highly recommend.

We're very pleased with our recent KAM experience. Our sales person, Rob, was great - and we loved the team that delivered our four appliances. Wagner on Truck #1 was fantastic! They were xtremely careful and thorough, making sure that all the appliances were level and that we understood everything. I give Werner and his team 5 stars!!
