I can honestly say that A & A Appliances are very easy to deal with. In the last few months. I have replaced a Refrigerator and a Washing Machine and today I replaced my Stove. The service experience was exceptional. I will continue to use A & A for all my appliances. Excellent customer service. I went to A & A Appliance late in the afternoon on a Tuesday to buy a dryer. They had it delivered and set up by the Thursday at 2:00pm!! Courtney was the delivery and installation guy and I couldn’t be more pleased with him. He is very polite, professional, and competent! I would give him ten stars! Also, the employees there are all so friendly and they make sure you are treated like their own. Thank you A & A for excellent service!

Parts hunting and helped by a young lady named Renee. Called first looking for the parts I needed and was promptly told they were in stock and the price. Renee had the parts at the counter and I was in and out in just a couple minutes later. Very professional and personable. Several months later I called and asked for Renee for prices on a freezer. Very helpful and still a great attitude. I would think she would be one of y’all’s more valued employees.

I recently purchased a new Speed Queen dryer from A & A Appliance Center and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Not only did I receive a fair price, but the delivery and installation were handled quickly and professionally. Our family is incredibly grateful for Emily Barron and her team — their customer service is truly phenomenal. Highly recommend!
