Matt's New & Used Appliances

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I purchased an LGwasher and dryer set tonight and got an amazing deal! Brandon and Jerry were fantastic—very helpful, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They made the whole buying experience easy and enjoyable. Everyone I encountered was friendly and welcoming, and the appliances were clean, looked like new, and were priced great. I highly recommend. Everything that I heard about this place is true!!

I had to make a review about this place! I'm not gonna lie, I was having a really bad day. To make it even worse, both my washer and dryer stopped working at the same time. 😩 As soon as I walked in, Jerry and Anthony were amazing and honestly turned my whole mood around. The atmosphere was really peaceful and welcoming, which I definitely needed. They got me in a washer and dryer for under $599, and it's getting delivered tomorrow! , . If you're looking for great customer service and a good deal, I'd definitely recommend checking this place out! They have huge selection of machines to choose from.

Let me start by saying that this is the first time I've ever purchased used appliances. I was nervous but determined to save money. The store was packed on a Saturday which seemed like a great sign. Andrew was my salesman and he was friendly and helpful. I had a set budget and was able to purchase a Kenmore washer and dryer set for $851 after taxes and delivery. After the expert delivery and setup, I attempted to wash a load using deep fill setting. Washer would not deep fill. I was crushed. Called the store and left a message for service to call me the next morning. No call. I called again and got service on the phone and he began to tell me that these washers do not deep fill. Then to send video of it not filling. I was in tears. I'm an old lady now and I'm not doing all of that. Service set an appt for 8-10 am to look at it to accommodate my work schedule. The day comes and no one shows up. They changed the time to 12-2 which would be after I was at work. I started to fear that I'd been taken advantage of. My 30 day warranty was rapidly expiring and I'd been unable to wash anything. I called the store and got Jesse on the phone. EVERYTHING changed after that. Jesse took control of my situation and within 2 days, I had a better, nicer Whirlpool set switched out and operating perfectly. If you're on the fence about using Matt's Appliance, don't be. I am extremely pleased and comforted that my decision to purchase from Matt's was the right one.

I really needed to replace my old washer, and I'm so glad I stopped by here. The shop had a great selection of appliances, and the staff were super helpful in explaining the different models to me without being pushy at all. They made the whole process easy and even helped me figure out a financing plan that worked for my budget. It’s a great local spot if you're looking for quality gear at a fair price, and I definitely feel like I got a good deal.

The team at Matt's has always been top-notch! Their service team came out to look at my dryer, and the technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, my old dryer was beyond repair, but they made the process easy and stress free. They even applied half of my diagnostic fee toward a replacement from their store. Today, I walked out with a nice Kenmore dryer for only $250 and added a one-year warranty for just $69! There refurbished appliances all look brand new!!! Mr. Jerry and Brandon were both great to work with. They were patient, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I got taken care of. 100 out of 100! I highly recommend Matt's to anyone looking for honest service, quality appliances, and great customer care.
