Do yourself a favor and make your purchase at one of the many other local stores, or online. We paid in full /ordered a stove on February 11. Our builder requested the stove in mid March. We called the store to inquire about the status of the order and we were met with a lot of confusion no explanation of the order status. One of the stories included the possibility that the order was not made when we made payment. After many phone calls, a lot of unfulfilled promises to return phone calls and three times being told the item was being shipped it finally arrived on April 23rd. The only document provided to us with an order date was dated, March 20th, after we called for status. Don’t make the same mistake we did, there are other options.

I stopped into Facet today hoping to find a soaker tub for a renovation I’m working on. I came prepared with measurements from my contractor and was excited to look around. When I walked in, both associates were helping other customers, but one did greet me and let me know I could browse—which I appreciated. As I was looking at tubs and measuring them with my phone (forgot my tape measurer!), a couple of sales associates passed by without acknowledging me. One of them actually approached a man who came in after me to offer help, which felt a little off. I completely understand everyone was busy, and I could have asked for help, but as someone who also works in a customer-facing role, a simple check-in or acknowledgment goes a long way. That said, the showroom is beautiful and really well organized. I just left feeling a little overlooked, which was disappointing given that I was looking to make a purchase that day.

Angela and the whole staff at Facets are genuinely SO fantastic! I am a repeat customer and am truly just so obsessed with their lighting options (and get compliments on them in my home regularly!) but one particular fixture didn't work out for me. I am so forgetful and it has been MONTHS and never processed a return or picked it up. But they offered to refund me anyway, and are even mailing my refund directly to me so I didn't have to stop by. I wish I could remember exactly who called to offer it, because she absolutely deserved a shoutout too! They are truly top tier. They truly made my day, and I will be making a stop at Facets during my next renovation just for the EXCELLENT customer service.

I had an amazing shopping experience at Facets in Lafayette! The selection of appliances, plumbing fixtures, and lighting is fantastic – they have so many unique and high-quality options to choose from. But what really made the visit special was the incredible customer service from Jen and Brooke. They were both so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed for my new home. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend Facets to anyone looking for top-notch service and a beautiful selection!
