Great experience. From my in-store purchase to delivery. I want to extend special recognition to the delivery staff. Chris called me before delivery to let me know he was on the way to prepare for delivery, and he and Sashara did a phenomenal job while delivering my new appliance. They were very respectful of the property and even asked if I wanted it unboxed. I had my appliance unboxed, and they took the packaging with them. It was a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely be using them for all my appliance needs!

When delivery guys removed old refrigerator they damaged our front door , AI had a contractor come out , they repaired and painted, looks like a brand new door .

Sold us a floor model washer at full price. Found damage when we got it home and it would rattle very loud in spin cycle. We were told we need to get with the manufacturer. So in a nutshell they only stand behind their merchandise until its out their door. Ill go somewhere else next time.
