THESE PEOPLE ARE TOTAL SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I SHOULD OF READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE GIVING THEM MY HARD ERNED MONEY. SENT THEM A VIDEO OF THE FIRST MACHINE PROBLEMS. WAS CALLED A LIAR. THEY DID NOT WANTTO HONOR THE 30 DAY POLICY SO WE HAD TO GET ANOTHER WASHER FROM THEM WHICH IS ALSO BROKEN! WHICH WE HAD TO UPGRADE. TOLD THEM THE LID HAD TO BE BROKEN TO GET MY SOAKING WET LAUNDRY OUT SO IT DIDNT MILDEW AND NOW THEY WONT HONOR THE 30 DAY POLICY. THE OWNERS ARE BEYOND RUDE. CLASSLESS AND WILL SPEAK TO YOU LIKE YOUR MONEY TO THEIR COMPANY DOES NOT MATTER! DO NOT SHOP HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. TOLD THEM I SHOULD OF READ THE REVIEWS FIRST AND HE STATED " THAT THE CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS THE PROBLEM NOT US" THEY CALLED THE POLICE, AND THE POLICE MADE THEM GIVE ME FULL REFUND. LOL

Today would’ve been our 3rd purchase, but it was our last instead! This company is listing used appliances for sale as *New Scratch and Dent* appliances. We purchased a washer online thinking it was a NEW washer, it was a used washer that I found change inside the drum before we installed it inside. Once installed the lid was locked closed. No refund policy, so we traded it out with a different “Scratch and Dent” that was just another overpriced, overly used washer machine. When we brought it back, they offered us a full refund despite the NO REFUND policy. Which was the right thing to do because I was able to buy the same exact washer BRAND NEW for $40 more. Deceitful for them to be falsely advertising their products. And just because I know they will probably come back and comment, yes I did cuss at you on the phone it was mild and deserving with what y'all did.

I just bought a washer from this business. Nothing but professional and sweet people who are very knowledgeable. They didn’t make me feel uncomfortable asking as many questions as I wanted to and were beyond helpful. Everything was a smooth process not pushy at all. Joseph & Sharon were extremely pleasant to deal with and made the whole process so easy and hassle and stress free. They also offer payment plans for anyone who’s in a pinch and needs this as an option as well as offer extended warranties. I misunderstood the warranty and had a small issue and brought washer to them and despite my misunderstanding they went above and beyond to help even tho they definitely didn’t have to. Highly recommend!!

The people here were awesome. I am a firm believer in customer service and they were awesome. For years I have dealt with being judged and u can see it on people when u walk in a store and this place I felt like we were welcomed into the store and they exceeded my expectations. The washer and dryer we purchased is fantastic and at a great and low affordable price. I highly recommend shopping here. We also had next day delivery. They are a great company and I will shop there for my next appliance purchase before I even think about looking elsewhere. Thanks you guys this is what hospitality looks like . The world is full of businesses that care less about consumers only thier bottom line and yall are a God send. God bless
