Great experience walking into the store. After that, horrible. Bought a dryer from them and within a week, was rattling bad. Called them and they basically said it’s not their problem anymore, call Maytag. It’s been almost a month and I’ve had a technician out 2x, and will have to be a 3rd for part replacements. And they STILL won’t take this lemon back! You have to deal with Maytag. Teri was rude anytime after when we called. They put a front on to sell you something then basically leave customer service out the window. Horrible company. Will NEVER do business with them again and will never recommend them.

I’ve had two great experiences with Barto. Both largely thanks to Terri. Most recently, she made a stressful situation so much easier and even arranged same-day delivery for a new Electrolux washer. I waited a few months to leave this review just to be thorough, and I’m happy to say the machine works great. Couldn’t be happier with the service or the washer.

Had a wonderful experience with Terri P at Barto - from start to Calvin's delivery/install. 20 yr old fridge failure noticed on a Saturday morning. We wanted to replace our basic/boring white fridge with a similar size and simplicity to match our other basic appliances. Frustrated with web search and box stores (not in stock, didn't fit opening, or only stainless), we asked a friend with apartments who he uses. Barto/Terri is his go-to, and they were open until 2 or 3pm, which worked great in our frustrating "fail on the weekend" situation. Terri understood our need for a simple replacement - she had one in-stock that was a smidge smaller than ours, and one a touch bigger that still fit our opening - IN-STOCK! And at a competitive price from a local business. We took the option of a removal/disposal and new unit install, with special request to land the fridge at noon Monday - asking this on Saturday by now after store hours. Terri texted final paperwork Saturday evening. Calvin called Sunday evening to review timing, parking, and door opening widths for a smooth lunch install. By Monday evening, we had cold food and drink. Terri, Barto and Calvin did a great job - we highly recommend them!
