Great experience. From my in-store purchase to delivery. I want to extend special recognition to the delivery staff. Chris called me before delivery to let me know he was on the way to prepare for delivery, and he and Sashara did a phenomenal job while delivering my new appliance. They were very respectful of the property and even asked if I wanted it unboxed. I had my appliance unboxed, and they took the packaging with them. It was a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely be using them for all my appliance needs!

Sold us a floor model washer at full price. Found damage when we got it home and it would rattle very loud in spin cycle. We were told we need to get with the manufacturer. So in a nutshell they only stand behind their merchandise until its out their door. Ill go somewhere else next time.

Love shopping here! Always helpful and they match any price from the bug box stores. If they don't have what you want, they'll get it. Nice to have sales people who care about the business and work with you no matter how long it takes!
