If I could give 0 stars I would. Don posted a photo of a nice black WHIRLPOOL refrigerator for-sale. We sent a message on that exact post that we were interested and wanted to buy it, but wouldn’t be off in time to pay for it and get it. We asked him if we could send someone else out to pay for it and get it. He said yes and that’s what we did. He knew who was coming and knew what we wanted. We had them drop the fridge off at a house that is getting renovated so it took a couple of days to get down there to see it. When we walked in the house we saw that it was a black GE refrigerator that is all scratched up on the side, the back vent cover is all messed up, and just not the one that we said we wanted. We have all the proof showing which one we said we wanted and he knew it. But claims the guys we had go pick it up “picked out” the one they took and that’s not his fault. Don is the business owner. Don is the one that had the conversation and knew which one we wanted, but tried to put the blame on the person that had no part of the conversation was just there to pick it up. He said he had 4 black fridges out that day. Ok, well you knew which one we commented on and wanted. We did not comment on the GE one that looks awful. He refuses to let us bring it back for our money back even though he gave us the wrong one and we have proof of it all. He knew he was in the wrong and hung up on us when we called about it. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone at all.

Don is definitely one of those few eccentric people that’s makes jokes and will wise crack to make you feel at home. The pieces are very reasonable considering I was thinking about spending $1199 on a new couch, my friend told me about Dons and I was able to get a couch, entertainment center, a coffee table, a giant vintage rug, and some cute gemstone rings for literally right at $400. He talked to me like he knew me, cracking jokes and asking me about my life. Felt like something of a bygone era, when people really wanted to get to know people. I was shocked reading the reviews, I think people look hard to find something to complain about because I found him very entertaining and nice. Will be back whenever I need a furniture item!

For a place like this, the prices were pretty high and on par with retail pricing... at least for the few items that had price tags on them. About 5% of the items had a price tag. There are signs saying, take a picture and bring it to the front for pricing. If I have to do this for everything I'm considering buying, I won't purchase anything, and I didn't. The guy at front was kind of sleezy and made some "flirtatious" comments when I walked in and when I left. The guy was probably in his 50's or early 60's. I'm in my 30's. The place is a small warehouse building and there are things stacked to the celing. It reminded me of my favorite spot in St. Louis called, Gringo Joe's. A place you hunt through everything to find your gems.
