Big Red Appliance and Mattress Florence, Kentucky

I highly recommend Big Red Appliance! When my washing machine broke, John was incredibly helpful and made the whole process stress-free. He quickly helped me find a replacement, and I had a new washer delivered the very next day. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, efficient, and reliable. I’ll definitely be using them again!

This is my third visit in just two months, and at this point I don’t even bother talking to anyone else I go straight to John every time. He’s consistently professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. On this visit, I brought my sister along who’s working with a tight budget. John immediately stepped in and walked us through some great scratch and dent options that fit exactly what she needed no pressure, just honest guidance and solid deals. That kind of service is hard to find. What really stands out is how he balances professionalism with personality. He turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a relaxed, even enjoyable experience complete with a few laughs and some unexpected golf talk along the way. John, keep doing what you’re doing you’re a huge asset and the reason customers like me keep coming back. I’ve already sent my brother your way for a washer and dryer, and yes, I told him to ask for “Johnny the Sales Maniac” (you’ve earned the nickname). Big Red, hold on to this guy he represents your business exactly the way any company would hope for

This is my second time purchasing something from this store. The staff are great and knowledgeable. You let them know what you want and they show you and let you roam. James was great today. I knew what I wanted and he didn’t hesitate to jump in and listen to what I said. Like i said, my second time here but will not be my last. 10/10

Look, I don't take the time to write a lot of reviews...This place is awesome. Skylar helped us with selecting our new kitchen appliances. He listened to what we wanted, gave us options, and there was no high pressure sales situation (which will typically drive me right out of a store). He is knowledgeable and really laid back in the best kind of way, which allowed us to take our time and pick the best things for us. You will not waste your time or money here! We selected a bundle - which was an incredible deal- and we are so happy with our purchases and the service. Everyone also communicated really well, from the sales to the delivery team. Thank you to Big Red's awesome team!
