Has terrible products! Not willing to help even when there is a warranty. They will blame you on anything that goes wrong and tell you " it's not my problem" when a person pays $1000 for a washer, IT SHOULD WORK without me having to pay more to have it fixed! Don't shop here! They will rip you off too! With financing I paid over a $1000 actually and when the manager literally said " it's not my problem" I cringed. Not to mention when he hung up on me more than 5 times when I asked to talk to the manager. They put it in writing that they would come out and now they are changing it and saying they changed the rules for me 😅 They didn't tho, and refuse still to fix my washer.

Mr. Fix It helped me with missing stove caps on a marketplace purchase. The parts were difficult to find and they were very kind about taking me through the process. Even offered me an option to order directly through Amazon at a discount. I decided to order through them to support local business. In the end, it took quite a while and after having to expedite delivery from the manufacturer, they even covered he cost of expedited delivery. I appreciated their kindness and willingness to follow through.

I had some roller pins on my dryer that I was trying to replace but couldn’t get off. I called in and Tom told me they’d be happy to help. When I brought them in Tom offered me a soda and candy as they took the parts to the back to disassemble. Tom was incredibly kind and even helped me put on the new pins. They did all of this free of charge! I’ll definitely be going back next time I need a new washer or dryer.

Good location, good variety, good value, and good service. Purchased a used whirlpool washer from them for moving into our first house and didn’t want to pay a new price tag if I didn’t have to. Saved us a few hundred dollars versus buying the same model new and the unit is in excellent condition. Had the washer for a little over a month and still running good without problems. Pretty cool they give discounts for paying cash. They will give a smaller discount for paying card but I recommend paying cash and save as much as possible. They also helped load the machine onto our trailer, wasn’t needed but they insisted. Will be back for other appliances or call them for repairs if needed.
