Glenn’s Pre-Owned Appliances

I bought a washer from here and as soon as I got it water coming from underneath, called Glen store and they sent out Jeff and James. They told me they be back to fix the issue, they will have to get the parts.. Keep calling and they giving me a run around tell me he be out today then No show or call then on a Saturday he doesn’t work that day but told me early that same day he be on his way.. Try Monday I work I’m not bout to sit here all day don’t know a time for no one to show I will never buy from them again and I never ever recommend No one to this store.. Lady owner is very rude unprofessional…

Buyer beware! Purchased a hot water heater not even 24 hours ago..... The question asked before purchase, was heater tested???? That was a lie, Gave me a yellow warranty slip which infact doesn't specify water heaters.... Was told to unhook drain all the water out load it back on my pick up and bring it back! 🤦 Paid my tech to replace heating element. Practically gave me a pointless warranty and tried to justify verbally what was said to me which was a lie. It's a roll of the dice with these people and I will not ever shop there again... No integrity

I don’t think I wrote a review of them but a couple years ago, my parents had airbnb business with a couple properties and one of the properties had a fridge die on us. I was helping them maintain the properties at the time and found this company online. We bought a fridge from them and delivery was on time. When they left, I went to open up the fridge to check it out and the handle just fell off even though I wasn’t yanking on it or putting any force on it. We left it like that for a few weeks until a guest complained about it in our reviews. My dad and I called them with the receipt and everything but basically they told my dad that I was a liar and my dad was absolutely shocked at how they were talking to us. They eventually offered to come and attach the handle in some way but by then we were already over it. This company is very difficult to deal with and will accuse you of being dishonest. Not worth your time at all. I would definitely suggest a different place.
