Needed a new furnace ours being at least 35yrs old received a very good quote from Mark the service technician and the next day was installed by Justin and Colt! Old furnace was huge but they had it out in a little over two hours and had the new one up and running before 3pm. Excellent service and tremendous guys all around. Very respectful and courteous Will definitely recommend to others!

IfGreene! I couod leave a negative star I would! Do not use this company! Our tech was great, however he wrote a qoute for duct cleaning and scheduled us for 9 to 11 the following day, i took the morning off to be here and they never showed. I called and they said we're not sure where we dropped the ball, we can come in our 2 to 4 slot and offer 25.00 discount, well me loosing an entire day's pay is more then 25!! They called back and offered 50, still not good enough. Do your self a favor and call someone else!!! Also they offer no vererans discounts fyi. Do not use greene!

Our dryer quit working. I set up an online appointment with Green's, and Quest Brown came first thing the next morning. He let us know our 17 yr old dryer had bit the dust, as parts were no longer available. Quest also shared what brands he recommended, and why. He is very knowledgeable and willing to explain the issue Quest also had the sales team (Nick) to contact us about a replacement. Thus was the second service call that Green's helped us on our appliances. I would recommend Quest Brown and Green's to anyone.

Had a terrible experience with them. Refrigerator broke and took them over a month of scheduling and then cancelling last minute before they called and said they couldn’t find the correct part to fix it. Even after they called saying they couldn’t fix it I received a call wanting to schedule the technician to come out. Called the refrigerator brands service line and ordered the correct part. When it arrived the brands technition said parts were missing from the refrigerator. Tried calling multiple times as well as contacting them online with no call back. Communication is very difficult. Very hard to get past the front staff who are answering the phones. Never get call backs for updates. Still waiting to hear about misssing parts from them. Had to order those too which further delayed the repair and increased the cost of repair. Would definitely not recommend them.
