Grand Appliance and TV

Went to Grand Appliance for a washer and ended up buying a washer and dryer the sales associate Heidi was very informative and helped us in making our minds up. We got it delivered a few days later and Bryan and the other 2 gentlemen did an awesome job at taking the old washer and dryer out and putting the new ones in. Bryan explained a few things about the products to us which was helpful!! I would definitely buy from this company again!!! Thank you, Dawn Fuller

Sarah at Grand Appliance was absolutely amazing!! Grand Appliance was the 5th Appliance store I walked into today looking for an affordable refrigerator after mine stopped cooling properly. After walking through the doors I instantly thought I couldn't afford this place. The showroom was big and beautiful with little mini kitchens set up displaying their products. Looking at a few that were way above my price range I found several that I was considering. They had a wide range of options! Then at the back of the store I found the holy grail...the clearance area!! That's were I found the one! Sarah spotting me standing in line waiting to ask another sales person a few questions. She was super friendly and honestly seemed just as excited that I found the perfect refrigerator as I was. She figured out my total take home price and it was a sure thing!! She even printed out a spec sheet and wrote my delivery and haul away prices down for me. She showed me how the Instaveiw and Craft Ice maker worked too. Since the refrigerator was on clearance it did not come with the box so she informed me that she would wrap my refrigerator up really well so it didn't get any scratches or dents during trasnsport. Sarah was fantastic to work with and now I can't wait until Saturday when it's delivered. I will be going to Grand Appliance for all my appliance needs from now on and specifically asking for Sarah!!

Our 2nd appliance from Grand in Cedar Rapids. Competitive price, but much better experience then past purchases at big box stores. Knowledgeable and professional sales staff. Great communication during the shipping and delivery process. Delivery staff were Top Notch! They were very careful, didn't rush and set our new fridge in place with care and precision. Fridge arrived in PERFECT condition. This last purchase and experience was exactly the same as our first, which is why we buy from Grand. I recommend to all my friends and family.

Heidi our salesperson was very informed. Once she knew what we were looking for she showed us many models. We expressed being limited in our funds she told us that some models may go on aale soon. We waited and she gave us a follow up call to let us know to come back in and check out some of their deals. We did and we found a refrigerator the size we need around our price range. She was Awesome! We get it Wednesday I can't wait! She was so helpful.

Purchased a dryer late last week and delivery was today ( a few days later) - so not a long wait at all. No review of the dryer itself as I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but happy with the shopping experience at Grand Appliances in Cedar Rapids and the delivery team did a great job with delivery and set up and hauling away of my old dryer). Paid a bit extra for the set up and hauling away but worth it in my opinion. The delivery team location is tracked in real time, so you have a good idea of their arrival time, which is a helpful feature so I could get my dog squared away a couple of minutes before they arrived. Thank you!
