I purchased a washing machine from WS in February. Interestingly at the time, sales staff told us that most of the washers they sold were either unreliable or only had a 5 year expected life. I chalked that information up to a desire to sell an extended warranty. I did purchase a “major component “ service plan and was told that no matter what, that plan guaranteed WS would send a repair person to my home, but if it was not a major component, I would have to pay the repair cost. I’ve had my $1,000 LG washer for four months and it won’t drain - the drain is not clogged; the drain pump has failed. WS will contact LG under the warranty and in 2-3 weeks, LG may help us. WS does not consider a drain pump a major component of a washer and will not send someone to repair, even if I pay for the repair. It is beyond sad that 1. WS knows they sell poor performing appliances and 2. WS won’t assist customers in any meaningful way when those appliances fail - even when customers have paid extra for that assistance and are willing to pay repair costs. I never write bad reviews- I try to address issues with the company. In this case, it was not possible, so I want to help others who are considering making an appliance purchase make a better choice of appliance dealer than I did.

Our entire experience has been top notch! Our salesman, Austin was very knowledgeable, not pushy and made the buying of our laundry tower super smooth! Our delivery timeline was extended due to construction delays. Not once did I feel pressured to accept delivery before we were ready. This is something I greatly appreciated! Delivery occured today with Cody and Larry taking extra care to plan out their route in our home and making sure no walls or doors were scuffed/damaged. Thanks, guys!

Warning: Dishonest Sales Tactics & Zero Post-Purchase Support I recently purchased a full kitchen set, washer/dryer, microwave, and hood vent from this location. While the installation itself was handled well, the rest of the experience was a disaster. The Sales Experience: My sales representative, Austin, was helpful until the sale was finalized. He was dishonest regarding several key details, specifically the installation costs and what was included in my package. Once I reached out via email to address these discrepancies, he stopped responding entirely. Product Quality & Installation: After the units were in place, I discovered several dents on the refrigerator doors. Due to the lighting in the room at the time of delivery, these weren't immediately visible. When I contacted the store to request a replacement door for the damaged unit, they refused to take responsibility. The Installation Crew: I should note that the actual installation crew was very professional. They were efficient and ensured everything was set up correctly. It is a shame the front-end staff and sales team do not share their level of professionalism. Customer Service: Instead of addressing the delivery or packaging damage, the store instructed me to deal with the manufacturer myself. When I followed up to express my frustration, the staff was dismissive and rude. It is clear that this business prioritizes making the sale over customer satisfaction or integrity. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere if you value transparency and after-sales support.
