Camille helped us pick out a washing machine and did an amazing job pulling prices, deals and info for us. We had ordered one online that happened to already be sold so she was extremely helpful in making sure the other store put the money back on our card in order to pick out something in stock so it wasn't a wasted trip! I bought a built in microwave from Terre Haute Indiana location which needed to be shipped to the Columbus location since I live in Ohio. I dealt with Hannah in Indiana who did an amazing job. She is very friendly and answered my many questions and request before buying. Even after I picked up the microwave in Columbus I spoke with her about a situation I experienced there and she relayed it to her manager as a learning experience. Tim Ray was simply amazing during the entire experience! Not only did they price match the washer and dryer of my dreams but they even beat the top competitors price! And with a delivery date almost half a month sooner! He was also very patient and helpful during the purchasing process. Needless to say if we ever are on the hunt for house hold appliances he will be our go to guy!
