Another Chance Reconditioned Appliance

This was my first experience with Another Chance Appliance. My washer broke down and really had no idea of who to try. Seen some good reviews about this business so I literally took a chance. Let me first start with saying that Kris is one hard working individual. He will work long hours in a day just to get to you. That is unheard of these days. I didn't want to keep him out late so we set up a date later in the week. He came out on a Wednesday and looked at the problem. He will show everything on how things work if you want to learn. Most people do not have the patience to do that. He told me what was wrong, ordered the part that day and was back the next day to finish the job. Kris is a very down to earth person. If you need a repair give the man a call. He did a good job at a very fair price. I will be calling Kris again if I run into a problem again with one of my appliances. Thank you Kris!

I was very happily surprised by the cleanliness and quality of inventory Kris has. I was even more happily surprised by the quality and care of service that Kris provided. Of course, nobody wants to need to replace their appliances, but when I have to again, I will go to Kris first and without hesitation. Kris and I even had a nice chat about the struggles as small business owners in the service industry, since it is hard to find reliable, quality help. So Kris has taken everything back on himself (like me). I imagine the 2-3 negative reviews were from when he was trying out hiring help in the past. If you need an appliance, check them out, you won't be disappointed!

Sooooo I needed a dryer ASAP! I saw this company posting on marketplace. Sooooo i sent out a message on a dryer and within the hour I had a response from Kris the owner. He explained everything about the item (dryer) and I was in the next day! Through down the cash,we talked and he wrote me out a receipt for the dryer and told me about his 30 day warranty to if anything go's wrong he'll be back asap to look at anything and fix it no charge. Well delivery was supposed to be next day, well his truck broke down and was in the shop. He reached out and told me as soon as his truck gets fixed he will deliver my dryer the next day whatever time I want. I told him stuff happens and dw about it these things happen to everyone. That next day he texted me told me he was on his was. Texted me when he was here (snow storm and all) and I opened the door for him and we went right downstairs to the basement. He unhooked the old one,put the new one in place (I let him use my tools 🔧 so he didn't have to go all the way back to his truck in the freezing cold weather) and we talked back and forth about some of his good experiences and not so good experiences with his business and everything went about perfectly as you could ask for. He loaded up the old one on the dolly, took it upstairs and I went to the fridge and gave him a bottle of water 💧 for such a great job, shook his hand and told him thanks again for everything it was definitely a pleasure 🙏 ☺️ doing business with you. He loaded up the old dryer and off he was to his next customer! Sooooo in conclusion definitely hit this guy and his company up! He's definitely professional and knows what he's doing! I recommend him to absolutely 💯 👍 everyone ik and that's no bs! He'll definitely get my business again over and over! Thanks again Kris your the man bro and keep 💪 💯 up the great work!
