A little over a week ago, we discovered our garage ready, upright Insignia freezer/refrigerator dead. Three years old and kaput. The communication was great, the technician (Phillip) was fantastic… professional and personable. He diagnosed the issue, gave me the cost annd what he would be doing, and did not pressure me to make a costly decision. I’m going to discuss with my wife, and if we decide to repair the freezer, I’m going to request Phil do the work. This was a great experience with them.

This is the first time I’ve used Mr Appliance. Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant. They were able to come out quickly, identify the issue and fix it. I thought the pricing was reasonable and fair. Andrew was really wonderful, did a great job of explaining what the issue was, why it had occurred and my options. Everything was very clean when he left. I absolutely would use Mr Appliance again!

Oh my gosh was he timely and efficient. He fixed my dishwasher in less than 20 minutes. And he gave such great Customer Service! I wasn’t sure whether or not it was fixable, I’m glad it was. Would highly recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone.

Andrew did a great job. Had a wiring issue go wrong in our GE dryer. Was very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to get it fixed for us. I recommend Mr. Appliance and will work with them again in the future.

Highly recommend this company. The administrative staff were quick at answering inquiries, appointment times were easy to schedule, mechanics were knowledgeable and fixed our issues quickly, and when we had billing invoice issues they were quickly resolved in a fair and accurate manner.
