We're very satisfied with our recent experience at Grand Appliance, where we bought a new refrigerator. The sales rep, Kristy, was patient, kind, and helpful. She listened to our needs and concerns, then helped us learn the different brands, features, and discounts for us to take advantage of. She helped us get a competitive price, delivery, install, and removal of our old fridge. Their proprietary install crew was really patient and polite as well. It is reassuring to work with a local company with their own install crew, with the promise that if anything goes wrong, I can just call and speak with Kristy to get support. Grand Appliance is now definitely #1 on our list for when we need our next appliances.

Grand Appliance was recommended by multiple friends. We bought a dishwasher May 25 that was installed a week later. During the installation the technicians noticed a broken top rack. The technicians said they would order the part and fix it, and that that was easier than taking the defective dishwasher away and bringing another one. It’s now July 17, and after multiple part orders and tech visits (including today) the “new” dishwasher is still not fixed. I’m happy to talk with someone at Grand that could rectify the situation, but so far my follow up calls are met with “we will contact the manufacturer and get back to you”, etc. I’m really disappointed with Grand Appliance, and as such I cannot recommend them, unfortunately. Add on July 21: Thanks. My wife said she received a call from Grand Appliance telling her a new dishwasher has been ordered. I hope this goes well. I will update my review once the new dish washer is installed and working properly. I do appreciate the response.

I am writing my review after my second purchase from Grande on 86th ST. My first purchase was a simple washer hookup and delivery and it went very well. My second purchase, a dishwasher, was delivered as scheduled. Warren was very knowledgeable and assisted me with picking out the correct unit. Most importantly, Jason, the installer, was VERY thorough and had the unit installed with in 30 minutes of arrival. He was also a Grand employee, and not a subcontractor. At this time I would highly recommend Grand over the big box stores. The have a wide selection on their showroom floor, and the installation crew is top notch.

Today was the second time I have had this company come to install an appliance. I had an oven that was leaking gas. A new one arrived today and Kenny was the name when communicating with them . Anyway, these guys are terrific and my installer today explained everything , cleaned up and let me know what to do if any issues! It is refreshing to have such quality services and communication!! Thank you!

Store is fine. Employees are good. I purchased the extended warranty. Repair man came out and said my appliance was covered by extended warranty and they needed to order a part. Said someone would return in a couple days to fix. That was a month ago. Warranty company CPS says repair is approved. Company performing the work is giving me the run around. Midwest appliance repair. Neither are talking. My appliance is not repaired. At this point, no one seems to know what to do. Im very unhappy with the zero warranty service that I paid extra money for. Feels like I've been scammed. Beware of extended warranty that they sell.
