I didn't get her name but she was super friendly. She was able to find my part to my dryer saving me a lot from having to buy a new one.

Bought a washer & before there so called 90 day warranty expired it started making a very loud rattling noise as well as a loud sound I cant describe. I took it back for a refund & they offered me $10 when I paid $300. I told them I can get more selling it for scrap, which I did. Dishonest people. You would be better off buying one from marketplace.

Troy is the owner of Big Jons. He and a helper came to our house to stack our washer and dryer. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. Troy was everything you would hope: capable, respectful, neat and very concerned about doing a fine job. I would expect that the appliances he sells will be in great shape just by his attitude in getting our job done.

I went to Big John’s and was not satisfied with what I saw. The washers were overpriced and too small for the price they are charging. You would be better off going to Best Buy to get a new one. They don’t fix appliances unless you sell them to them, and they don’t provide in-home service for appliances either. My husband called to ask some questions, and the man who answered was rude. The only good thing I got out of the visit was a five-dollar picture.

Thank you Big Jon's for our washer. We was told it would be delivered the next day between 1 and 5. It was delivered at 1:20. I couldn't believe how fast we got it. The prices are amazing!! And thank you Megan for your kind friendly service🙂 Next time we need any appliances we know exactly where to go. Thanks again!
