Their appliances are trash, I purchased a washer from them and had to call them the next day because they didn't clean it, once they came and got it, a week later, the owner tried to gaslight me and tell me that there was no mold in the machine, it was just an excessive use of fabric softener. Once I got the machine back, I still sing dirt in it and have the pictures to prove it. I can only remove part of the bottom half but I'm pretty sure if I could it's more dirt and whatever that is and on top of everything some of the functions don't work on the washing machine but let the boss tell it the only work on certain settings 😡

STOP!! Do not buy from this place. They are nothing more than a bait & switch company. They sell you new, boxed items, then deliver used non-working items, and state that what you purchased was broken in their warehouse prior to delivery so they swapped them out without your consent or knowledge. I wish a NO star rating was available. Travis is running a sham business that collects money, but wants nothing to do with rectifying their crooked business model, broken & dirty products or actual customer service. Their poor excuse for a delivery driver could barely hook the items he was delivering due to his lack of tools & knowledge. This after being paid for those services. Their 7 day return policy is disguised by their unwillingness to take a call, return a call or a loudmouth employee stating she has nothing to do with it, and she's about to go off because she doesn't want to deal with any problems. The same loudmouth employee also wants to claim that prexisting wiring and plumbing from the home build is not up to code and that our house has copper wiring and that it isn't used on homes & that's why their broken dishwasher doesn't work. That's funny given that the 2 previous dishwashers worked fine, and only age caused their replacement. I believe the Better Business Bureau and state Attorney General is a better option if you somehow buy into this sham of a business.

I purchased a refrigerator from this "business", and unfortunately, it arrived heavily damaged ( when it was explicitly described as having "no damage" and did not cool properly — even after following all instructions provided by Amber and Travis, including removing the liners on the shelves. The internal temperature remained above 50°, making it completely unusable for safe food storage. I was initially told that a refund was possible due to the condition of the unit. However, they looked for a replacement and sent me a photo and the damage and warping were so profound that I wouldn't of put it in my garage. All communication from the business stopped shortly afterward. Despite repeated attempts to follow up, I received no resolution. Ultimately, I had to give the refrigerator away and eat the cost. The receiving business assessed it and confirmed it was only usable for parts and not worth repairing. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing. Not only was the product faulty and heavily damaged, but the customer service was unresponsive, unaccountable and Amber was very rude. When I left a review previously, their response did not reflect the truth of the situation at all. This is why I'm leaving another, so that people know the truth of the situation. Additionally, when I searched through their other inventory myself for a possible replacement, I was shocked by the condition of all of the appliances. Most were heavily damaged, and some had such an overwhelming odor I couldn’t imagine how they’d ever be usable again. The refrigerator I purchased also arrived not fully cleaned. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business to anyone.
