The General Manager is extremely rude and arrogant. I had a few questions about a product I bought after it was delivered. He spoke to me like I was a child, had the worst attitude and was extremely unhelpful. I will not step foot in this store again. Best of luck to whoever works with him in the future.

Never had a bad experience with them. They have sales staff who, of course, want to make a sale, but I have never felt that any of them was being pushy. They've always been courteous and helpful.

Junk, recliner was delivered broken, can't use it gives me a sore neck. Hinge defective, making it crooked. Still waiting a long time. to get fixed.

I visited this place with my husband today. We are just looking around, trying to get some ideas on new furniture. We were approached by a lady named Betty, I believe. She said she would be helping us and I replied that we were just looking around. She then proceeded to follow us around and just stand there. Super uncomfortable and my husband and I couldn’t even talk amongst ourselves without her chiming in about products they had. We ended up leaving because it was extremely uncomfortable and annoying. Definitely will buy somewhere else that gives us space to breathe.
