I bought a dryer here. Thinking I need a gas dryer. When I got home ends up. I needed an electric dryer. It was not a problem. They replaced it with an electric dryer. Luke and the Down team have excellent customer service and I would give them a 10 star review if I could. They are awesome to work with.

We recently purchased a washer and dryer from Downs. It was an overall great experience! The salesman who helped me, Luke, was very helpful and friendly! We had the appliances delivered and installed and the 2 men who came to do the installation were professional, friendly, and did a great job! We have been using the washer and dryer for a few weeks now and are very happy with them! Thank you Downs for the great service!
