Exceptional service. First, Amber, whom we met with and purchased our new washer and dryer. And Dave, who came to our home to help us troubleshoot our unlearned ability to use our new washer and dryer properly. His kindness and professionalism meant so much. Great place to do business. It's family owned. And in return They treat you like family.

I had a great experience with customer service in reversing my order but DO NOT order anything through their website. As I understand it they've tried to deactivate it but it doesn't reflect their stock and their delivery timeline is 2 weeks.

I contacted John on short notice with a problem on my washing machine and he immediately called me back. John was available to come over the same day to inspect the issue. Due to his knowledge, he was able to resolve the problem with my washing machine and its up and running! Thank you, John.

Top notch customer service from start to finish! From the moment we walked in and made our purchase right down to the delivery and install it was complete perfection. We have purchased from them several times over the years for our own homes along with our rental properties. Locally owned!
