If I could give them ten stars I would! From the moment I walked into the store I was treated very well! Courteous and respectful! Learned so much about the refrigerators to make an informed decision with absolutely no pressure! Frank is great! Dave is just as outstanding when he delivered the refrigerator that afternoon! Courteous,kind and respectful! Definitely the only place I will be going in the future for appliances! Reasonable prices! Thank you, New Milford Refrieration!

Great experience! Dave and Frank were so helpful with my dryer. My dryer stopped blowing heat and I called up to there store and both gentleman were so tentative and helpful with me fixing my old dryer. After tinkering with the old dryer and it still not blowing heat I decided it was time to get a new dryer and bought one from their facility. They delivered it on time and hooked it all up and took my old one. I couldn’t be more pleased with how friendly and knowledgeable these men were. I would suggest and recommend these guys any day!

We had a fantastic experience here! Our washer went out and David was very honest with us about our options, explaining in detail about the washers he offered, how they differed and what would be best for our family. He also explained how to take care of them properly, and showed us at his warehouse how he cleans and repairs them. He offers warranties on his products because he knows he can stand behind them. He was friendly, communicated great, responded fast, and even got the old washer out and the new one in for us with his delivery fee. We are very happy with the option we chose and feel peace of mind knowing if 10 years from now we have a problem, he can fix it. We couldn’t reccomend David more.
