Grants Appliances

This was our first time purchasing an appliance from Grand Appliance and it was an excellent experience. I called and talked to Jeff on the phone to verify that a certain model of refrigerator was on the show room floor to look at. He gladly verified that it was. We went in the next day and were amazed by the selection of appliances that are there. We worked with Eric, the Sales Associate, to look at the model we were interested in. We also looked at another model and Eric was very helpful in providing the measurements of each refrigerator for comparison. We decided on our original choice and Eric put together our order and explained all the options to us. Delivery was set up for the next day and their automated system, Freddy, notified us on how we could track our order. The was very helpful because I could see when the delivery men were on our way, since I had to empty out our old refrigerator before they arrived. The delivery men did a fine job bringing up the new refrigerator and getting rid of the old. They even removed all the plastic and tape from the unit and it was ready to go. Great job by the entire Grand Staff. Thank you.

My husband and I worked with Jeff. It was a very quick, no-nonsense transaction (which we appreciated very much). We came in knowing what we wanted, he handled our purchase and we went on our way. There is a charge for installation which is not uncommon but can be a perk of shopping elsewhere. Overall, we are pleased and if all goes well from here, we would definitely bring our business back.
