Salesman was responsive to my ideas and rapidly assisted me in choosing the washer best fitted to my needs. I appreciated his courtesy and respect for my age. A+ rating falls short in my estimation! Also, I always give high rating to businesses that show respect to veterans!

We purchased an LG microwave / airfry / oven. The salesman was very helpful and the delivery arrived on time and they texted us multiple times on the delivery day letting us know that they were on the way. Great price and courteous service. Will definitely buy from Grand again.

My husband and I worked with Jeff. It was a very quick, no-nonsense transaction (which we appreciated very much). We came in knowing what we wanted, he handled our purchase and we went on our way. There is a charge for installation which is not uncommon but can be a perk of shopping elsewhere. Overall, we are pleased and if all goes well from here, we would definitely bring our business back.
