Sherman's

Everything from purchase to delivery was great. Chris Spent time with us and answered all of our questions, I never felt pressured or rushed through the whole process. He kept in contact with us through the ordering process and helped set up delivery. The delivery team was awesome! They knew what they were doing, they had a great attitude, explained everything about the bed after they had it set up and didn’t leave me a mess to clean up. I would 100% recommend Sherman’s.

Sherman’s salesman and delivery personnel were fantastic. The salesman was patient and very knowledgeable about the items we were looking for. We appreciated the price and thought it was fair. The delivery personnel were very nice and competent. They delivered our merchandise and assembled it without any difficulties. They cleaned up after they finished. I would recommend Sherman’s for any household purchases. Thanks for everything!!

We stopped by the Sherman's location in Normal to take a look at a new mattress as it was time to retire our current one. Our goal was to see what we liked, maybe learn some more about the different types and get an idea for prices. Chris helped us and showed us probably 4 or 5 different kinds, all of various firmness levels, brands and price points. We got to "test drive" them by laying down and comparing. He spent nearly an hour with us and was extremely patient and answered all of our questions. We weren't looking to buy anything when we walked in, but walked out as satisfied customers who had purchased a new mattress. Chris shared his knowledge, and wanted to be sure we were satisfied. We bought not because of some amazing deal or high pressure sales, but because of the attention and the service we received. We are extremely excited and can't wait for our new mattress to arrive! 10/10 would recommend! 🏆
