I was really hesitant to call an appliance repair company because of past experiences with high repair costs. I wanted a trustworthy shop not one that would just take my money. I called Mark’s Appliance, and they came out the very next day. They ordered the part immediately and installed it as soon as it arrived. My dishwasher works perfectly now! Conner, the repair technician, was friendly, professional, and affordable. When they said they were coming, they were always on time. I truly appreciate their honesty and reliability. I had gone in to Mark's Appliance store to see if they had any refrigerators used as the one we had at Westlake Country Club has gone bad. Drew was working that day and said he would check. He then called and said he had one availabe and he would donate to us. He was such a kind person. When I told the girls at westlake whst Mark's was doing , they were very happy and mention that is where they buy there appliances.
