I appreciated the service at the store. This made me buy the stove. Then on August 4 the two young men who delivered the new stove were professionals. They worked so well together, each knowing what to do to complete the project. They took out my old stove carefully and installed the new one carefully. Next, they told me that that I needed to turn on the baking part for 30 minutes before baking anything. They advised running the fan at the same time to eliminate the orders. I appreciated the speed of the installation.

This was the first time we've ever been to Mark's Appliance Store. The store itself was pretty amazing, not a big store but well stocked and displayed. We looked online beforehand, so we knew what we were looking for. The whole thing was pretty seamless. The staff we encountered were great. The delivery was quick, less than a week. The guys that deliverd. Riley & Landen were terrific! They were friendly, professional and informative! We'll be using them again, for sure!

I came to Mark’s before starting the “facelift” on my vintage 60s kitchen knowing that if modern appliances were available to work in my application, they would know. No “big box” stores for me. Gabe in sales worked diligently to find appliances to fit my needs and he excelled. Mark even came by to check measurements and clearances for the cooktop and wall oven, which needed to be special ordered. Jay, Chris and Drew who did delivery and installation were all amazing and did a fabulous job with the minor modifications necessary for these items to work in my cabinetry. The only “glitch” was a series of range hoods that arrived at their warehouse with concealed damage. Mark stepped up and installed an upgraded model hood to get the project finished at no additional cost to me. That’s service ! Thanks again to everyone at Mark’s and if I left out anyone’s name that assisted, I apologize. I’m not shopping for appliances anywhere else !

Your deliver/installation men were terrific. The man named Alan? Alex? sorry I forgot! even brought special screws with "decorative" heads for the stainless backing. I'm too short to get a photo of them, sorry!

I’ve purchased several appliances from Mark’s over the past few years and their prices are great, and they do a really great job with both delivery and installation. They are also active in the community, which is super important, in my opinion. They’re good people!!
