Purchased a brand new Top mount Frigidaire after my SxS Whirlpool gave out. Purchase was easy and pressure free. The sales associate was able to explain why there was a $150 price difference between the standard model and Gallery models. Offered an extended warranty. Delivery within 3 calendar days. Delivery guys were efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They took great care to not damage my low hanging chandelier, or to scuff the doors or walls. Extremely happy with the knowledge, service and care throughout the process.

Was greeted by a salesperson immediately when we walked in the door. The prices were comparable but the service was excellent. All of questions and concerns were answered and the experience was very pleasant.The delivery people were excellent, they were very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up our appliances. I could not have asked for better service.

I can not say enough good things about the service and delivery from Grand’s Appliances! Our refrigerator decided to die on us 2 days before family was visiting! …so we needed a refrigerator purchased and installed IMMEDIATELY! I called Grand’s and Jenna knocked it out of the park! She actually suggested a refrigerator that was better than what we previously had, and one that was better than what we were shopping for, but at a much lower price! She saved us hundreds of dollars and a lot of headaches ! She then went the extra mile of reaching out to the delivery guys and performed some magic and got our delivery date pushed up and scheduled for the following day! …rather than the regular delivery scheduled date, which was 4 days away! The delivery guys arrived on time - an hour earlier actually - and moved the old fridge out to our garage and installed the new one! What I liked the most is how professional the delivery guys were, and how respectful they were of our home and property. Do yourself a favor and make things easier on yourself… go to Grand’s and get a good product with GREAT SERVICE, a GREAT PRICE and GREAT DELIVERY! I won’t hesitate to recommend them and I’ll DEFINITELY use them again!

I visited the store shopping for a new washer and dryer (set). Chad (salesman) promptly greeted me with a warm welcome! Chad was very knowledgeable re: the various models and advantages/disadvantages pros/cons of the different models I was interested in. I purchased the Electrolux brand (7XX series). Quick delivery and install (within two days). I highly recommend visiting the store and definitely request Chad, he is awesome and a great asset to Grand Appliance!
