Leonardi made a pain of a situation better than I expected. They came out and measured our weird space, helped us pick a refrigerator that met our needs, and had it installed asap. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They prioritized our situation and made us feel valued. Their prices are competitive to the big box stores, but the service is so much better. Absolutely recommend and will shop with them again!

This is the second time we have purchased an appliance suite here. The staff in the store was very knowledgeable. There was no pressure to make a purchase. Today the installers arrived. They were extremely helpful. I was relocating one of the old appliances and they were willing. It required them to remove the doors and walk the appliance around to my garage. The new suite of appliances looks great. I am so pleased with the overall experience.

We purchased a new refrigerator from Leonardi's and it was delivered today. Eric and Kevin scoped out then measured each doorway and pathway. They respectfully moved what had to be moved and returned it all when they finished. They worked in tandem to remove the old fridge and install the new one. They set up the new unit -balancing it, unwrapping each drawer, etc. What a great experience! This is why we always turn to Leonardi's for our appliance needs

We had a great experience with our dryer delivery and pick up. Eric and Kevin were right on time, professional, and incredibly helpful. They even switched the dryer door to a more convenient direction for us, which made a big difference in our space. It’s rare to come across service that’s this smooth and stress free. Really appreciate their efficiency and friendly attitude- highly recommend!

The Leonardi Appliance shop was great, from the initial appointment set up all the way t the repairs being completed. Karen was the name of the office person that made the appointment for us and Josh was the name of our tech that serviced our appliances, Josh was polite, professional and he communicated the issue to us to make the decision to either complete the repair or to just pay for the service call. I’m glad we decided to complete the repairs with Leonardi Appliance, I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of having their appliances repaired. Thank you again for the great service!
