Do not trust this business group. This ownership network handles internal employee fraud by defrauding the consumer and engaging in active review extortion.I originally paid $763.16 for a dishwasher and an extended warranty. When it failed, the corporate office confessed their sales rep stole my warranty money and was fired. Management then orchestrated a "comparable swap." Trusting them, I drove a 6-hour round trip from Oregon, only to discover a massive bait-and-switch: a damaged, wastewater-filled, cheaper model ($579 value) completely stripped of its silverware baskets and installation kit. When I called to demand the missing components, their manager, Zach, verbally retaliated against me for filing a consumer protection complaint with the Attorney General. Only after I began recording the phone call did he offer to send the factory parts—under the illegal condition that I must first delete my Google review. We refused to be coerced into silence by a corrupt company. We drove another 6-hour round trip, rejected their fraudulent swap, took our original machine back, and easily bought the repair part ourselves. Between the initial purchase, 12 hours of useless driving, and self-funding the repair, this chain has cost me well over $1,000 out of pocket. They also lied to the AG investigator to force a case closure. Shop elsewhere.
