I highly recommend Hamai Appliance. Their service as a long time appliance retail company in our community continues to be excellent! Their sales, delivery and repair department staff are very helpful. The most recent technician, Jay, who came to our residence several times to check a question n my refrigerator was truly polite, educated in his field of work - knowledgeable and concerned that customer satisfaction is very important. He also made a call to the Whirlpool technician line while on his service call and was as nice to the man on phone assisting him as he is to me. Thank you, Mrs. Ito

The customer service at Hamai Appliance store went above and beyond when I needed urgent support. Regina was incredibly helpful, quickly compiling an invoice that matched my needs within the same day, despite being an unreasonable turn around time at my request. She handled me with kindness, support, and provided me with an effective solution. Thanks to their responisiveness and care, I was able to meet a tight deadline for a critical goal for my household. Even though my circumstances were unique, their professionalism, online platform, and efficiency were universal. I'm truly grateful for their outstanding service!

I would like to say that everything here was great, but we purchased a whole kitchen full of GE Cafe’ Series appliances and the dishwasher has never worked properly. I bought the extended warranty so Hamai has been good to continue to replace part after part but nothing has fixed it. It has been 3+ years, so I tried to call the owner, but he hasn’t returned my call in the 2 weeks since I called him. I have suggested to the service coordinator that perhaps it is time for them to talk to GE about a replacement since it has NEVER WORKED. She was nice but believed the extended warranty would keep covering part replacement only. I am a pediatric dentist (retired). I ran my own business/practice and ignoring someone with a problem is not a good solution. However, the owner has decided not to help me get in touch with GE. Not sure why bc HE WON’T RETURN MY CALL! The dishwasher is a lemon. I bought from Hamai because of their reputation for good service. Their service department keeps diligently coming out and replacing parts which is great, but for over 3 years has not solved my problem with this dishwasher. Apparently the Owner’s name is Bryant. In fairness, except for this glaring problem that is really on GE, Hamai has been pretty attentive. I wish I could give 5 stars but at this point and after 3+ years I can’t. If they contact me and help resolve this with GE I will amend this review. I am hoping that the owner, Bryant, has been on vacation and will call me this week! (This is the dishwasher. It is nice but doesn’t work, so the condo owners association has given me a “loaner” the doesn’t stop working in the middle. Sadly, the loaner is WHITE and doesn’t match. Guests have complained.)
