Bad business! The owner Luke always have real bad attitude to the customers.I’ve spent Thousand dollars with this business already and.I came by last time to pay for a stove and a fridge and when I came home I realized i didn’t have the outlet for the stove so I called them back to let them know that they don’t have to delivery the stove anymore so the next day they delivered just the fridge and they refused to give me refund on the stove.Luke, you will never have my business again

Sat. We bought a used dryer from South Ga. Appliance. They sold us a dryer that would not turn spin and was loaded with sand/ dirt that fell out after we got.it home. You make up your own mind after reading this review if you want to buy from this poor excuse for an appliance store.The only employee with any customer service skills was the young man who unloaded the returned dryer and loaded the upgraded unit I paid the difference for. I was told I got a 60.00 refund! Not true- I actually paid tax on both machines. The young man was told to take it out back for haul away. I was told it ran. It did for them after some amount of fiddling with controls. The receipt did not show the difference in cost or that it was paid in cash by customer. The salesperson did not listen to what I had to say up front. He grab a dolly and pulled a machine out of the lined up machines to which I said- oh! So your making my mind up for me?!! Where are the prices, which ones are comparable and which ones are an upgraded version? The way this business is run it will not last long. Eubanks may have been a better place to shop for a used dryer. Laiz sa faire!!! Buyer beware!!!! Google demands a score so it will not allow no stars- I am reluctantly giving them a one!!

Absolutely would NOT recommend this place. We arrived at 10:00, which is the time it opened. The door was locked and an employee was standing outside, waiting to be let in. His name was Tevin and he was very kind and helpful! At 10:06 I called inside the store, because we could see the manager (Luke) standing at the desk in the back. He was very rude and said he couldn’t unlock the door because he’s been on the phone and then I called so now he still can’t answer the door…. Me and the other employee literally stood at the door watching him do nothing at the back desk, staring at us, and wouldn’t come open the door. At 10:15 ( 15 MINUTES AFTER OPENING), he comes to the door and we assumed he would be unlocking it, but no!!! He picked something up off the ground in front of the door and brought it to the back. He then came back and unlocked the door and didn’t speak to his employee, nor did he speak to us!! I greeted him and said good morning and only then did he speak. I cannot imagine how horrible the work environment is for Tevin if he has to deal with his manager on a daily basis. We literally didn’t even walk into the store once he opened the door, because I refuse to shop at a place where the employees are treated poorly, and the manager has very poor customer service skills.

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE POST. They put my whole house at risk. We bought a dryer from this place because our dryers belt broke, and that day we had to have them come back because that dryer wouldn’t heat up, so they came back out with a different dryer and blamed us for the first dryer not working and said it was because our lint vent to the outside was blocked. They charged us $150 to clear that out and then hooked up the new dryer. The new dryer worked ok for a day, but it wouldn’t stay on for longer than 25 minutes at a time which I thought was odd, but we used it for a couple days, and then realized the back of the dryer was getting super hot. I pulled the dryer out from the wall and vented it into the garage thinking maybe it was just not working for some reason, and it worked ok for again a few days, but then I went out of town and my teenage daughters called me to let me know that the dryer smelled like fire. I had my daughters unplug it and we again called South Georgia appliance to let them know and they said it’s probably an electrical issue and if it’s not our electrical issue than they’ll replace it. We called an electrician and they came out and checked the dryer and come to find out south Ga appliance had hooked up the plug wrong and the ground wire wasn’t hooked up like it was supposed to. We then called Eubanks to have them check the dryer and not only was the sensor for the timer not plugged in but the part that tells the dryer to vent the heat to the outside of the dryer wasn’t hooked up. So these people put my whole house at risk and charged us for a faulty dryer. PLEASE DONT USE THEM!! I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t put zero.

I wish I could rate them a ZERO! I would strongly caution anyone considering South Ga Appliance. Since mid-January, I’ve gone through three washing machines from them. The last TWO caused serious damage to my home, including ripping up a floor panel and damaging a wall. The washing machines would beat my walls and my floors to death. Yes, we checked the legs, yes we made sure it was level. This was not our issue. It was their crappy washing machines. Despite all of this, the owner has refused to issue a refund simply because I no longer feel comfortable using their services. They also have not made arrangements to pick up the third machine. Communication has been extremely poor throughout the entire process. On top of that, management has been dismissive and unhelpful, often shifting blame onto me instead of addressing the repeated issues with their products. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this store to others. Please be aware before making a purchase and know what you are getting into!
