I have an HVAC Business and I have purchased many HVAC systems from John. I have never had an issue but 1 time and John corrected it the same day. I call that service. I have no problems referring Go Direct to anyone. Keep up the good work guys!

While I did not fulfill my order, I wanted to write a note about my experience with Go Direct Appliance. John was extremely responsive and answered my questions and concerns immediately. I called to cancel shortly after placing my order due to the original order (placed with another company) being resolved after issues with stock. John with Go Direct was understanding and respectful unlike the other company who was not interested in my complaint and concerns about their false inventory. Go Direct Appliance has my future business due to their quick response and great attitude even when I called to cancel my order. These guys seem to be focused on running a clean and friendly business, something missing in the business world these days.
