Edit to update: I appreciate the response. My husband already called. Eubanks is not going to do anything. That is the reason for the review. Lesson learned, for the final time. Never again. Avoid at all costs. Stopped using them 15 years ago for bad service and garbage used appliances that they dont stand behind. Now, living out of town, but handling my rental properties in Valdosta, one of them needed a dryer. What a mistake to give them a chance, should've followed my gut and just bought a whole new set from Home Depot or Lowe's instead, but the washer didnt need to be replaced yet, so to save some money I went with a used one. My tenant just told me it doesnt really work, clothes dont come out warm, and never did. She didnt tell me because she felt bad about it. Its less than 90 days since I bought it and they won't help in any way or stand behind the product sold. Someone there knows that dryer didnt work properly and took advantage of the purchaser not being there in person. NEVER AGAIN! Run to any other store to purchase appliances.

I waited two weeks for my $1200 washing machine to be repaired. Paid $150 “Diagnostic fee” for a technician to see the code on the screen I already communicated to them. $700 dollars later, the washing machine still doesn’t work and was left leaking all over my floor. Ruined the floor and will need to be replaced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I decided to give you thanks a second try I bought a freezer refrigerator a couple years ago the ice maker quit working on it they sent somebody out to repair it three times he never could get repaired and they just decided there was not going to fix it or replace it and now today I come in to buy a part for a washing machine they say they open at 9:00 but you can't borrow parts until 10:00 which is not shown on their website so I made my last trip there.

The first person I had come service my AC filled it with freon. Which is fine, but he was rude and snippy. Absolutely no customer service skills. Literally shut my door in my face as I was walking out behind him. I have it on video. Idk if he realized I was walking out too, but.. I was right behind him either way. Thats rude. Now today I had a completely separate technician come out to service my dishwasher. He showed up, pulled it out and checked some things. Out it back and left. Without telling me anything at all. I was on the couch 15ft away. I had to call Eubanks and see what was going on. They have to request a new unit via my property manager. So tellll me that. Don't just leave! Btw.. my AC was replaced and is working perfectly. The 2 gentleman that did that job were amazing!!!!!. They can do anything in my house. Friendly, communicative, honest, and efficient. Absolutely gems!! The other 2 experiences I had were nah. Do better.

I’m sorry to have to put such a negative review for this company but I feel it necessary to be honest for others. I bought a fridge and it broke down in three days. After numerous calls they tell me they will let me know. I paid for an ice maker which they said would be installed but was delivered without one. They finally repaired fridge but weeks later no ice maker. Called my credit card company and filed a dispute. Eubanks just called me after they found out and a lady who did not say who she was and wouldn’t let me speak just told me off and hung up on me. These people were so nice until they got my money. Steer clear !!!
