We've purchased a few appliances from this company. EVERY single one of them stopped working after the company's 30 day "warranty". Each time the we call them to have them honor this "warranty", they always say bring the appliance back to them after paying an extra $50 to have them deliver it. We are in the market for new appliances and will not be going here. BTW...there's no coincidence that they only accept cash. If you paid with a debit or credit card you can dispute the charges and they know this. Overall this place is a scam and I wouldn't recommend it.

Purchased a refrigerator, one gentleman arrived to deliver the refrigerator. He hit every wall while attempting to get the refrigerator into my property. This is clearly two man job. I pointed out the crack in the floor caused by Stockbridge Appliances. (this was a newly renovated home everything was approved and signed off by contractors so there were no cracks nor flaws all work was completed fine) when I told the gentleman he denied it stating it was already there. The authorities had to be called. The owner stated he would fix but stop answering the phone. I wouldn’t do business here. Very dishonest and no integrity. The better business bearu has opened a case and we are looking into their permit to have business with the city due to faulty appliances. The end result will be court for damage in negligence. To add to this miserable experience the refrigerator doesn’t work.

I purchased my washing machine and dryer from this place one month and it already broken. I explained to them and he just keep telling me to bring it back up there. I paid for someone to deliver it so I do not have no one to bring it up there do not go here run to the next place.

Found this place a couple of days ago while looking for a dryer to replace our broken one. The owners were very friendly and the prices were fair for the used appliances. They even delivered and removed the old dryer too. Very fast and excellent service. I highly recommend them!
