I’ve waited to write this, and write it while my dishwasher rots on my porch. The repair lady here, Mary(?), is rude to customers and bad at repair. I asked for a simple leak to be plugged and was returned a dishwasher worse than I left it. Pieces fell off as I carried it in. Pieces are missing and parts left disconnected. They refused to return the $50 I paid to have them look at it. I’ll be buying a new dishwasher and Allstar and their technician will NEVER touch another of my appliances.

I recently about 2 months ago bought a washer and dryer there for total of 700 dollars… within the first week the washer rocked around like it was possessed… I called the place where I bought and actually wanted a refund and was told they don’t do refunds but will send someone out within the week to fix it… I waited another month and still no one called or came… I called again and was told the person that was supposed to come out actually just got back from personal leave and would be out this week… 2 weeks have gone by and still no call or no show… thank you for stealing from a blue collar family.. I’ll pray for you

I purchased a set from them yesterday and it was delivered today, as with that chance of buying anything used there was a issue when he hooked up the dryer BUT they IMMEDIATELY rectified the situation and got me all set. I truly appreciate the customer service of the owner and his corrections. Thats a great way to do business and satisfy a paying customer, So far so good and it comes with a 90 day warranty and I am hoping I dont have to use it and purchased myself a great set. The lady who sold them to me was nice, the delivery guy and owner. I also like the fact that not only do they sale appliances but they repaired them too. I wished Id known that before I just gave away too sets for unbalanced and not getting hot. I think they also sale parts because they have a lot curbside.
