Brandsmart Usa

Anastasia was amazing she was knowledgeable and attentive. Keshia the manager was incredible. Keshia was patient and accommodating. She made we left the store as very happy and satisfied customers. We were buying a washer and dryer for our parents m, and she made the price match process easy. I highly recommend this Brandsmart location!

🇺🇸 haven’t been in one of these stores in years. They recently built this location in Kennesaw located, conveniently around endless restaurants and other shopping options. And enormous amount of products from beds to televisions to any electronic you can think of. We were greeted by someone on the way out, plenty of workers in the house to offer assistance if needed. A great store in a good place to compare products with other electronic suppliers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏🏽🐺

Anastasia was absolutely outstanding. She has to be one of the most knowledgeable associates I've ever come in contact with. She is definitely an asset to the store and I appreciate all of her patience with answering all of my questions and giving me detailed information and researching the different options I needed for my washer and dryer set. She is absolutely outstanding and needs to be employee of the month.

Divine Bookman provided outstanding customer service during my refrigerator purchase. She was soft-spoken, pleasant, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I truly appreciated her willingness to help and her attention to detail. Because of Divine’s excellent customer service, I felt confident in making my purchase. She is a wonderful representative of BrandsMart and an asset to the team. Thank you, Divine, for your exceptional service! 😊

I had an amazing experience at BrandsMart USA thanks to Kenny! He really took the time to help me find the perfect couch while also making sure I stayed within my budget. What stood out the most was how knowledgeable he was about the protection plans—he explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what I was getting without any pressure. Kenny didn’t just try to make a sale, he actually helped me save money and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you’re shopping at BrandsMart, I highly recommend asking for him. Excellent customer service all around!
