Hoping someone at Fine's Gas will see this 1 star and finally call me back. I have left numerous voicemails after receiving and installing my empire remote control gas logs set. Logs are great but the remote control is not working. This was a Christmas present for my wife and replaced a set without a remote. All I need is a new remote control box that connects to the logs. This should be a very a easy fix but cannot get anyone to call me back. Will change my rating if I can just get some basic level response. Thanks John Fine for reaching out via phone and email. I spoke to Brandon and he was a huge help in troubleshooting. I understand these things happen and its right before Christmas and you are slammed. I changed my rating to 3 stars because of the prompt response to this review. Once fixed I will improve the rating further. John shipped out the part as promised and I installed today 01-02-26. This fixed the issue! I had several other questions and Jack responded quickly by email. I changed my ratingto a 4 since service has been superb since the I reached out via Google review. If anyone has any issues, email does look like a better option to get a quicker response. Keep in mind this was during the rush of the Christmas season so they do deserve some grace. This is why I have changed my review from a 1 star to 4. I do recommend Fine's Gas and was impressed that the owner himself responded and helped me. He sent several follow up emails as well to make sure I successfully I stalled the new part and provided instructions on how to reset my remote to the new module that was shipped. Thanks John for helping me get this resolved!
