I have an email that says today is my appt Aug 5. I call to check since no one has showed. I'm told it's tomorrow? What? My email says Aug 5. Do you need a copy of the email? "Well that is not going to change anything" is what I was told!! Their scheduling should not be MY problem. If it shows 8/5 they should not lie and be here on 8/5. Very disappointed.How rude leaving us hanging. I do not recommend. Services: Washer/dryer repair. Called another company and told them my situation. They came out 8/5 and I was on the phone with them at 3:30! Kudos to the other company saving the day.

I called one day and the next someone was on their way. I was given a 2hr window of when he would arrive. Got the text 30 mins prior to his arrival. Our freezer (LG fridge, freezer on the bottom) was leaking. Mr. J arrived right on time. He evaluated the situation and was able to get right to work. He had the whole problem sorted within the hour. There was debris blocking the drain- he flushed the entire line- after having removed a great deal of ice beneath the back wall. As long as he was there- could he take a look at our washer? It was randomly throwing out an error message. He took a look- was unable to determine the issue. Since I had already paid the fee for the eval- if I noticed the issue within 30 days- he would come out for no additional charge to evaluate. I would not hesitate to call mr. appliance for my next repair.
