We worked with Karen King who welcomed us in and let us try out all of the bathtubs to help us figure out what would fit our space and our needs. Karen had a wealth of knowledge and listened to both of us for recommendations on plumbing and fixtures and all of the concerns regarding our updates to our Primary bathroom ensuite. Her follow-through was excellent and the team at European kitchen and bath works was really top-notch. We highly recommend them!

This was my time visiting this business..I looked up online to find a TOTO dealer. I was looking to get 2 toilets for my house. I was immediately greeted by Fiona and was directed to the section I was looking for in my price range..excellent selection and made purchase within a few minutes after discussing differences on products. Fiona arranged for shipping and they were delivered the next day in excellent condition..Very pleased with my decision to purchase from this company and will definitely be back in the future if I need bath or kitchen products!!
