Our purchase and delivery experience could not have been better. We were provided answers to all of our questions and all necessary information by our Salesperson, Dave. Armed with the relevant information, we were able to make a great choice and finalize the sale over the phone. Delivery was equally smooth. Charles and Josh were on time, informative, and perfect gentlemen. The delivery and installation experience was top notch. We look forward to doing business with them again.

I would find another store! There are plenty. I figured they have been in business for years so I went right to them when I was getting new kitchen appliances for a home we bought in June 2026. The salesman was ok, not good. I bought a monogram fridge/ freezer, monogram dishwasher, monogram double ovens, ge micro, ge cooktop. I immediately thought I scratched the cooktop after one use and called the store, I won’t go through all the details but the bottom line was, they could care less. I called back three times and finally got a manager, who asked me” what’s my problem” I think that says it all! Then, my freezer has an ice waterfall from icemaker to bottom inside. I called them and again, chase them down and their reply was , we will call for a repair. That was 3 days after getting the fridge. so I have had the fridge now for 5 weeks, and had 5 service calls already. Also, GE replaced the cooktop, it was never scratched but the glass was separated from base n the corner. So, I get much better service and advice at a big box store rather than Rosners! I honestly have no idea how they have stayed in business for so many years! No one calls you back unless you owe them money, which I did not, actually they were paid by check! So, there are several very professional companies out there and they would be my recommendation, unless you love a store that even the managers don’t call you if there is a problem, and the owners must be way to important to call a customer!

I can't say enough good things about the delivery service we received from Charles and Josh! From start to finish, these two were absolutely outstanding. We had a refrigerator that needed to be delivered up a full flight of stairs and they handled it like true professionals. They were fast and efficient without ever cutting corners, and they made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. Beyond their hard work, Charles and Josh were incredibly kind and friendly throughout the entire process. They were respectful of our home and took great care with all of our belongings, making sure nothing was bumped, scratched, or scuffed along the way. You could tell they truly take pride in their work and treat customers' homes as if they were their own. It's rare to come across a delivery team that combines speed, professionalism, kindness, and genuine respect all at once — but Charles and Josh delivered on every level. We ordered a new refrigerator from Rosner’s Appliances for delivery! The two gentlemen we had deliver it were named Josh and Charles and they were efficient, polite, hard working and very communicative throughout the entire process from start to finish while removing the old refrigerator from the the second floor and installing the new refrigerator on the second floor kitchen! They were fantastic and recommend them 100%!! More than satisfied and they did a phenomenal job!!
