5 stars. I highly recommend 20x Appliance! The store was well stocked and maintained. The sales associate Ryan was very professional, friendly, helpful and straightforward with everything. If you are looking for a home appliance at a great price, this store has certainly got you covered. The store also offers free delivery if you live close enough to qualify!

I saw a post about a fridge listed for $29 down and monthly payments. Great, I call and they texted me telling me they'll call me back, great. No problem. They told me that they can do 30 minute away free delivery and that's the main thing that made me want to go check out their appliances. I needed a fridge and stove. I came in a day later than we planned due to other circumstances. I come in and the sales guy is really nice and answers my questions. I then ask about the free delivery and he tells me 15 minutes or less is free. I said the gentleman on the phone told me 30 minutes. He asks what number I called. I show him and he tells me that that's the main guy that handles everything. I'm assuming the owner. He calls him and he says that the 30 minutes won't work and he can't do it for free. The fee is $90 something. The sales guy then asks me how far I live and he said that's only 25 I'll see what I can do. Thanks William I appreciate it! He calls and the other guy still says no. I really like William he's doing what he can. But I really dislike being lied to and wasting my time and this is what the (main guy) did. Lost a customer Edit: That was never discussed. You're so very lucky this was not in text. So your lies can't be exposed as easily. I know that this was not discussed because you even advised that the West Palm beach location would be better than Stuart, saying that would be easier for you since it was less than 30 minutes. We BOTH wouldn't have agreed for me to come down Monday if you told me the truth.

The store communicated well throughout the process and called to confirm delivery. Alex and his assistant handled the installation professionally and thoroughly. They took their time, tested everything carefully, and made sure each appliance was working perfectly before leaving. They also hauled away my old appliances free of charge. I am extremely happy with my purchase and can see why this store has so many positive reviews. Ryan and his team pulled off a Christmas miracle for our family today! First let me tell you about this place abd their outstanding salesmen and customer service. Our mom passed and we needed to get her house ready to sell. We wanted to put in stainless steel appliances but not break the bank so I looked on Marketplace and met Erwin kn there who responded quickly and effjciently. We bought the Fridge there and it was a good buy. Now just a few days before Christmas and just before my brother and his wife were planning to go home for Christmas we realized we needed a new stove and we needed it delivered tomorrow so my brother n his wife could get home for Christmas. I called 20x because I was impressed with them and they were able to get me a great stove and it will be delivered tomorrow.
