I just wanted to give a shout out to the gentleman running this store. He helped me identify a part I needed, with no expectation that he would sell it. It was really great of him to do that and I wanted to make a note. Whenever I'm looking for recycled appliances or parts, I'm coming back here. This is how you win business; well done.

This place is not recommended at all They scheduled an appointment to do a refrigerator service to my house and not only they never arrived but they didn’t even care to call to advise about not coming. I wasted my whole time waiting and didn’t even called. After a week I called today to complain and the lady that is at front answering calls that i believe is from Venezuela ( another one of them) she without any courtesy at all responded to my complaint and hanged the phone out and i couldn’t even finish my talking. So rude!! Can’t believe a person could be working answering calls in such a place. She is definitely not eligible for that position at all. Then she called back saying in a message that the service technician came and no one answered the door, that is not truth because I was all morning waiting for them and my mom was also there the rest of the day they did not showed up. She is saying that Iam a liar? They definitely are not considered a place to go and their customers service is the worst. Not even an excuse to solve the inconvenience. Low budget place. Bad choice if you choose this people.
